easiest way to overcome daily depression

Do you keep planning your imaginations every blink of your eye and keep on looking forward to them all the time but you never get to experience these dreams & such disappointment tags along with immense daily depression..just do what I learnt to do.
1. Be spontaneous ie. just say things and do things as it comes to your head..you'l be surprised as well as others how much originality & well structured your actions or words are..
2. Never overthink anything..even when the performance is so far into the future..do what I do' just say fuck that!..everytime you are tempted to overthink.
3. take matters into your hands and quit dreaming..so long as its a situation with no permanent lockdown..just find a substitute and feel good doing it...eg. I use to hurt over not winning a scholarship that every other friend of mine have. but I decided one day that I'm done being sad. got myself a job & though less pay but I didn't give a damn about the news of losing anymore.
4. stop existing and start living your life...it is really short...
5. dont compromise your reality to show off any self-righteousness ..being called "nice, decent or a person with no problem " is very pretty lame.
